Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sand-Rite Manufacturing. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.



Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 24 hours. If there is a Back Order, we will contact you as soon as possible. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.



Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

• UPS is our delivery service. If you require Fed Ex or USPS, please email info@sand-rite.com to request that service, and we will try our best to accommodate you.

* Overnight delivery is only available for domestic addresses within the continental United States. 

• Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are not guaranteed. Please allow 1-2 additional business days in transit.

• Sand-Rite Manufacturing ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.



Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.



Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Sand-Rite Manufacturing is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).



Damages

Sand-Rite Manufacturing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact UPS or the shipping carrier to file a claim. It is very important that you save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.



International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to most countries. Please email info@sand-rite.com to see if we can ship products to your country of origin and a shipping quote can be obtained for you



Returns Policy

Our Return & Refunds Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.


Returns & Exchanges

If you're looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method, minus the shipping charge. There is a 20% restocking fee. 



Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: 

• A call notifying return and request for an RA number must be made first.

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

ALL special ordered sizes and grits for sanding belts, abrasive loadings, abrasive sleeves, canvas jackets, pneumatic drums, or rubber tubes are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Returned items must have all bags, labels, etc. still on them and be returned in original packaging.

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. We reserve the right to refuse any item.

Product Warranty

We stand behind our quality products. Our Pneumatic Sanding Drums have a one-year repair or replacement guaranty and 18-month warranty on the DUO-DLX motors
