• Sand-Rite Classic - Discount package includes your choice of 2 sanding tools mounted on a Classic belt drive spindle motor.
• B-12 brush heads are loaded with 1/8" staggered/slash abrasive. Choice of (60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, or 220 grit).
• Sanding drums are available in assorted diameters and widths. Choice of (2", 3" 4", 6" and 8" diameters & several different widths).
• B-12 brush heads have 11-1/2" long abrasive strips that feed from the center spool to provide fresh sanding grit as the abrasive wears. Competing brands have fixed lengths of abrasive strips that do not spool out. Non feeding brush heads are laborious to reload and waste expensive sand paper.
• Heavy Duty/Production Grade WEG 1 H.P. Single Phase, capacitor start motor.
• Shaft speed is Adjustable from 900 - 1200 rpm. Adjust to obtain the ideal speed for quick stock removal without burning or discoloration.
• Precision ground steel shafts are 13" long x 1" diameter each end. Optional 1 1/4" shaft is available.
• Sand-Rite brand inflatable sanding drums are built in the U.S. with cast zinc end plates and steel center tubes. Replacement canvas sleeves and rubber bladder tubes are stocked. (Imported drums are made of thin aluminum or plastic, easily leak or break, and have little to no availability of rebuild parts).
• Brush Head sands irregular surfaces without loss of shape or detail. Ideal for deburring, baseball bats, round cylinders, and profile moldings.
