Flap Wheel Drum Sander for Drill Press

Made in the U.S.A. designed for Heavy duty industrial use.

Sand a range of projects with our sanding drums or flap sander. Adjusting the speed of your drill enables different rates of stock removal and sanding surface quality. The support of the shaft end by a large bearing on the table side creates a rigid true spinning tool that sands with very little vibration.

Run any sanding drum with a 1" or larger center bore.

  • Total shaft length 17"
  • 1" acme threaded rod with 1/2" shank
  • Threaded shaft length 14"
  • Includes 3/4" x 5" x 3 1/2" solid aluminum bearing support plate.
  • Heavy duty 2" rubber sealed support bearing.
  • Easy to install, chuck up the tool and clamp bearing support to drill press table.
  • Tool shaft can also be mounted on a lathe using a live center and a jawed chuck.
  • Sand-Rite.com stocks J -weight sandpaper for this and larger sized bladder sanders.
